2015 Career Opportunities in Commerce Education: Challenges & Prospects   To develop skills such as conceptual skills, technical skills and practical skills in the field of industry, commerce, management and accounting. To prepare a student for a career in business or to start a business enterprise of his/her own. Besides, a graduate in commerce had ample opportunities as he can join any private institute or government organization as a specialist in any of the Commerce stream and they can also pursue professional courses such as Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. Due to recent policies of the Indian government, commerce sector is growing at an unbelievably fast pace. Career options for commerce students include those in the accounting, auditing, finance, and banking sectors as well as Government service opportunities like I.R.S., I.A.S., I.F.S., etc. 145    
2017 CAREER TALK ORGANISED BY DISTRICT EMPLOYMENT EXCHAGE BISHNUPUR    Its main objective is to inform the students with all relevant documents regarding the benefits, scopes, opportunities and method of preparation for building career in government and public sectors.
This will enrich the students with all relevant information and guide them for the preparation of competitive examinations held for the recruitment of different Govt. services.

2018 WORKSHOP ON CAREER COUNSELLING   Its main objective is to inform the students with all relevant documents regarding the benefits, scopes, opportunities and method of preparation for building career in government and public sectors.     This will enrich the students with all relevant information and guide them for the preparation of competitive examinations held for the recruitment of different Govt services. 90    
2019 AFFAIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAMME   This Soft Skill training programme is imparted by TCS. It comes under CSR project. In it students are given free TCS English Communication and Basic Corporate Etiquette training for 100hrs followed by written test and personal interview. Under this employability training they focus on those students who are graduated or final year of graduation and there they are not financially sound. They mainly focus ST, SC and OBC students from rural background Through this training many students have been placed & are well settled. Certificates are distributed after the successful compilation of the programme 65 7

2019 UTKARSH BANGLA TRAINING PROGRAMME IN COLLABORATION WITH CAC,RAMANANDA COLLEGE   Utkarsh Bangla - On 16th February, 2016 the Government of West Bengal introduced a Flagship Scheme called “Utkarsh Bangla” in the State of West Bengal for the entire Skill Development interventions to provide wage/ self-employment linked skills training to the residents of the State. It is run by PBSSD (Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development) an initiative of Department of Technical Education, Training & Skill Development, Government of West Bengal. Govt. organizes the training at free of cost.
To make self-dependent or employable by providing short term industry related free training to the Drop outs or Unemployed youths. Ensure a steady flow of skilled workers for Industry Encourage for Self-employment and Entrepreneurship

2020 CAREER COUNSELLING PROGRAMME BY THE INSTITUTE OF COST ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA   The main Objective of Cost Accounting is to offer a career that offers opportunities to Commerce students; however, good analytical skills help a lot in this field. Thus, choosing Cost Accounting as a career is a wise option for those who are
interested in growing fast in their careers and those who wish to get exposure to industrial accounting
Students will learn to monitor performance and efficiency to locate and report on problems and also learn to prepare regular cost reports. Cost Accountants are also known as Management Accountants.
